How do I back up my data?
Shot Focus Bowling automatically backs up your data to the cloud whenever you are signed in with Apple or Google. You can also trigger a manual backup from Profile → Cloud Backup. Your data is restored automatically when you sign in on a new device.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on each device and your entire profile — including your ball arsenal, sessions, games, and league data — will sync automatically via cloud backup.
How do I add balls to my arsenal?
Go to the Arsenal tab and tap the + button in the top-right corner. You can enter the ball name, brand, weight, core specs, cover stock, and drilling layout. Up to four balls are supported in the standard lineup.
What is a Skill Challenge?
Skill Challenges are structured practice drills (spare shooting, accuracy, consistency) that score your performance and track your progress over time. You can find them in the Practice tab under Skill Challenges.
How does the Lane Simulator work?
Enter your breakpoint distance, breakpoint board, and arrow target. The simulator calculates your slide board and setup board automatically using your PAP, rev rate, and average drift data from your profile. Switch to Spares mode to plot any spare conversion angle.
How do I track a league game?
Open the Games tab and tap Record Game. Select your league if you have one set up, enter your scores frame by frame, and save. League averages and standings are updated automatically.
What data does the app store and how is it protected?
All data is stored locally on your device and, when you are signed in, encrypted and backed up to our secure cloud. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Settings → Delete Account inside the app. All cloud backups are permanently removed immediately. Alternatively, email us at support@pinlabbowling.com, and we will handle the deletion within 48 hours.
The app crashed or something isn't working — what should I do?
First, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the problem persists, go to Profile → Help & Support inside the app and use the built-in bug report form — it automatically attaches useful diagnostics. You can also email support@pinlabbowling.com directly.
